With over 25 years of experience in the nursing field, I have dedicated my life to guiding others toward self-discovery, empowerment, and deep healing. My journey has evolved into the realms of mental health, addiction recovery, and holistic wellness, where I now work as a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Energy Weaver, and Mystic Medicine Woman.

As the founder of the Loving Awareness Foundation, I honor the spirit of my beloved sons, Cameron and Darren Latvala, who have transitioned to the other side. This foundation is a sacred offering of love, dedicated to healing, connection, and the awakening of the human spirit.

In my work, I help individuals activate and awaken dormant areas within—those places where pain, trauma, and energy have been trapped. Through the transformative power of 9D Breathwork, energy weaving, sound and frequency healing, and intuitive guidance, I serve as a catalyst for profound transformation. By incorporating the arts of music and vibrational frequency, I help shift energetic patterns, unlock emotional blockages, and align the body, mind, and spirit.

As an Activator, I create a safe, sacred space for deep energetic shifts, where individuals can explore, release, and transform their experiences. My approach weaves together sacred wisdom, loving awareness, intuitive insight, and the multidimensional healing of 9D Breathwork, alongside sound and energy frequencies.

It is my passion and life’s work to empower others to reclaim their power, release what no longer serves them, and awaken their truest, most authentic selves. By blending breath, energy, and sound, I guide others to reconnect with their inner strength, unlock their innate healing potential, and step into a state of peace, resilience, and wholeness.
