Seven years ago my daughter was completely disabled as a result of a bad surgery. For 7 years I have carried th trauma of that and have lived in a reactive, emotional, trauma state, not really even recognizing it. in 2023 I discovered Breathmasters and haven’t been happier. It truly is what has save my life and my sanity. I was a full time caregiver, conservator, single-mom and sole person making , managing caregivers, making sure all her affairs were always in tact, making dr appts, insurance paperwork, attorneys, trusts, supplies,, food and life-saving supplies were always keep current! In Jan 2024 I lost her on her 33rd birthday. She got very ill so I made the excruciating choice to bring her home on Hospice,,,,24 hours later she was gone. I have lived with trauma, childhood imprints I didn’t even realize had affected me, stress, grief, anxiety, abandonment all the while smiling on the outside. My goal is to serve as many people as I can who might be feeling the same feelings or just want a life of well-being and live in the highest state of gratitude and joy.
