Jean has been a physical therapist since 1989 and now owns her own wellness studio. Her focus is to treat and teach others how to heal, repair and restore the body using holistic practices to treat the body, mind, and spirit. Jean also offers advanced massage and bodywork techniques, and wellness treatments (salt room, PEMF/Bio mat, Lymphatic treatments, foot detox, cold plunge, certified in functional nutrition, and now 9D Breathwork). Her practice is located in southeast Missouri about midway between St. Louis and Memphis.

I’m so grateful to offer 9D Breathwork to this area for in person events, and in the near future over zoom. This truly is a modality that helps to heal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies (as they cannot be separated from each other). This is what I believe is missing from modern medicine and counseling these days. Well done Brian and the team you have accumulated.
