I believe that self-empowerment and contentment begin with healing from the inside out! My longing for being-ness beyond the preconceived limits of human potential has led me through almost (so far) 40 years of intense studies of personal and spiritual development. I am a Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor. In recent years I have come to understand the profound impact big and little traumas over our life effect how we exist in it. My greatest desire is to help people embrace and release their trauma turning it into their power and the mess their message, through Esogetic Medicine and Trauma releasing Breathwork. One of my greatest capabilities is to hold space for people to feel safe to explore this releasing. It is my joy to do so!
