Facilitator name:
Ellen de Jong is a trauma-informed 9D Breathwork Facilitator and the founder of EtherealElle, a space devoted to deep emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation. Through a powerful and integrative approach, Ellen creates experiences that support individuals in reconnecting with themselves, releasing stored trauma, and stepping into greater clarity, empowerment, and self-awareness.
Ellen’s work is shaped not only by her professional training, but by her lived experience. Having navigated complex trauma, including domestic violence, addiction, and profound personal loss, she brings a rare depth of empathy, authenticity, and intuitive understanding to her practice. This allows her to hold safe, grounded, and non-judgemental spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
She is certified in 9D Breathwork Facilitation and Past Life Regression Therapy, and holds additional training in coaching modalities with a focus on personal development, emotional processing, and inner child awareness. Ellen integrates these modalities to create what she calls the EtherealElle Experience — a unique blend of breathwork, subconscious exploration, somatic release, and guided introspection.
Her approach goes beyond traditional facilitation, weaving together science-backed nervous system work with intuitive, holistic practices. Each session is designed to meet clients exactly where they are, whether they are seeking emotional release, clarity, healing, or reconnection.
Ellen is currently studying a Diploma of Youth Work, further strengthening her ability to support individuals through a trauma-informed, person-centred lens and deepening her commitment to working within community and support-based settings.
Through EtherealElle, Ellen offers both one-on-one sessions and group experiences, as well as private, corporate, and community workshops. Her work is particularly impactful for those navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, and for anyone ready to explore deeper healing in a safe and supported environment.
Ellen’s mission is to create spaces where people feel empowered to come home to themselves — combining professional expertise, lived experience, and a deeply human approach to healing.
